I had the joy of capturing Shelby and Blake’s wedding this past December, and wow—what a day to remember! From the very beginning, I knew their celebration was going to be something special. Shelby and Blake are two of the most down-to-earth people I’ve ever had the privilege of working with, and their love for each other (and for their people!) shone through every single moment.


Their wedding took place at Heavenly View, a venue that truly lived up to its name. With sweeping scenery and a cozy December glow, it set the perfect backdrop for a day filled with love, laughter, and so much joy. There were belly laughs during portraits, heartfelt moments during the ceremony, and some of the best dance moves I’ve seen out on the floor—it was everything a wedding should be.


One of my favorite things about Shelby and Blake’s day was how genuine it all felt. Nothing was overdone or forced—it was simply them, surrounded by the people who matter most, celebrating the start of their forever. From the tender looks they shared to the uninhibited fun of the reception, every detail reflected who they are as a couple: joyful, grounded, and full of life.


Being trusted to document days like these is such an honor, and I’ll forever be grateful I got to witness the love, laughter, and endless dancing that made their wedding unforgettable.
