I had the absolute pleasure of capturing Abby and Ashton’s wedding reception, and let me just say—this couple knows how to party! After eloping, they decided to celebrate their love with an unforgettable night surrounded by their closest friends and family at West Sixth Nulu. From start to finish, their reception was full of joy, heartfelt moments, and nonstop fun.


Before the celebration officially began, we took some time to explore the charming streets of Nulu. Walking around with Abby and Ashton was such a vibe—they were full of energy, completely in the moment, and soaking up every second of their special day. While wandering, we stumbled upon the most beautiful hidden garden behind a bar, and we instantly fell in love! The lush greenery and intimate setting made for the dreamiest backdrop, and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect spot to capture their love.


Once we arrived at West Sixth Nulu, the real party began. The space was filled with love, laughter, and so much excitement, and it was clear that everyone was ready to celebrate the newlyweds in the best way possible. From the heartfelt speeches that brought a few happy tears to the delicious desserts that had everyone coming back for seconds, every detail was perfectly curated to reflect who Abby and Ashton are as a couple.


And of course, what’s a wedding reception without a packed dance floor? These two (and their guests!) danced the night away, making sure their “happily ever after” celebration was one for the books. The energy was electric, and capturing all the fun, candid moments of the night was an absolute blast.
